Tim's Tips

If my clients have a chronic issue they’re dealing with, I recommend they start using the Hemp Extract or CBD Capsules at night. I advise they work toward using it twice per day as I find a small amount every 12 hours works better than a large amount every 24. This way they’re keeping the extract on-board to aid in any issues they might see day or night.

I especially like the softgels for travel and because they’re tasteless.
