Whether dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, sleep troubles or inflammation, CBD extract can help your body stabilize without changing its natural chemistry. Use it after work to wind down or before bed to encourage a restful night’s sleep. I most like to use it when I wake up in the middle of the night, and can't get back to sleep. It's like meditation in a bottle!
